KONG coins are a virtual reward currency with no monetary value outside of our platform. The following rules apply:

• KONG coins are earned by completing legitimate ad views and offers
• Coins cannot be exchanged for real cash directly
• Coins can only be redeemed through the KONG Shop for available items
• Coin balances may be forfeited if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values and reward rates at any time
• Redemption orders are processed within 24–48 hours

By participating in the Offer Wall and ad programs, you agree that:

• You will complete offers honestly and in good faith
• You will not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers or watch ads
• Fraudulent completions will result in account termination and forfeiture of coins
• Offer availability and rewards may vary and are controlled by third-party networks
• We are not responsible for issues with third-party offer providers

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards
• Using bots, VPNs, or automation to game the system
• Fraudulent offer completions or fake ad views
• Sharing, selling, or transferring KONG coins or accounts
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities
• Abusive or harmful behavior toward other users or staff

KONG Earn's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Technical failures or temporary service interruptions
• Issues with third-party offer networks or advertisers
• Delays in gift card fulfillment by third-party providers
• Loss of coins due to account violations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
